Wikis – Creating an in-house wiki to serve as a common resource on recurring issues in your organization can be a real benefit (as described in this article). One possible resource would be WikiHub, which provides free options.
MeisterTask – We have previously mentioned Trello and Slack (both of which we use at Risk Alternatives) for coordinating team efforts. Another entry in this domain is MeisterTask, which seems to incorporate elements of both of those other programs. We have not tried it here, but we are intrigued.
