Here are three more tools to use as you create virtuous routines and processes for your organization:
Feedly. Every busy leader follows many blogs. Feedly (or some other RSS reader) can create a single location for reading all of those posts, saving precious minutes every day. (Here is a tutorial for using Feedly.)
Hootsuite. If your organization uses social media (and if you don’t, you’re dead in the water), you need a single location for scheduling and tracking your posts. Hootsuite is the gold standard here. (Here is a tutorial for using Hootsuite effectively.)
