Directing You to a Great Post on Focus


A recent post on emphasizes a point that is relevant to this month’s discussion of systems and processes: focus is critical. For smaller organizations, risk management programs bring attention to the most important risks facing the nonprofit or startup. That permits them to focus on the most critical issues, one at a time.
