How Should Boards Evaluate Themselves?


Eugene Fram, in this post on his Nonprofit Management blog, provides a cogent explanation of the tough questions nonprofit boards should periodically ask themselves. Because board members serve without compensation and may have little subject-matter expertise, boards must pay even greater attention to how they perform. Dr. Fram’s suggested approach has merit.
