In a recent blog post on npEGAGE, June Bradham suggests that nonprofits should set a give/get requirement for board members of 25 percent of the nonprofit’s annual fundraising target. That proposal raises an important series of risk questions for nonprofits:
When did you last have a board meeting that focused on annual give/get requirements?
If you have a give/get requirement, when was the last time that was revisited and revised?
